The Cox’s Bazar regional center of Bangladesh Betar held a certificate distribution ceremony for the artists and performers who successfully passed the recent voice auditions.
The center’s premises hosted the event on Friday, where 192 individuals excelled in various categories such as music, folk songs, recitation, hosting, and instrumental performances.
The ceremony featured a discussion session where the Director General of Bangladesh Betar, Md. Salahuddin, served as the chief guest.
Congratulating the successful participants, he encouraged them to continue honing their skills, emphasizing that sustained practice is essential to maintaining success. He highlighted the role of Bangladesh Betar in fostering public engagement with government initiatives to contribute to the nation’s overall development.
Officials, artists, performers, and their families attended the program, which announcer Shamim Akhter hosted.
The auditions, conducted from October 28 to November 1, saw participation from 1,700 aspiring talents across the district, out of which 192 were selected for certification.
