A citizen’s dialogue to protect the environment and biodiversity of Maheshkhali, country’s only hilly island, held at the upazila administration hall today (September 11).
The dialogue was organized jointly by Youth for Ecology Convention’and Maheshkhali Jan-Suraksha Mancha.
Maheshkhali Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Lands) Tashbir Hossain, Maheshkhali Upazila Range Officer SM Enamul Huq, Navy Officer Lt. Tanveer (S) BA were present as guests where Mancha President SM Rubel moderated the dialogue event.
In the dialogue, the speakers urged everyone to come together to protect the environment and biodiversity of Maheshkhali.
