Despite the adverse weather, Cox’s Bazar beach saw crowds of eager tourists. Even amid cyclone warnings and rough seas, enthusiastic visitors gathered at Cox’s Bazar. Today, Friday afternoon, we observed such scenes at Laboni, Sugandha, and Kolatoli points of Cox’s Bazar beach.
Beach workers are waving red flags to signal the stormy weather and rough seas. However, tourists refuse to heed the warnings and enjoy bathing in the sea during the rain, which they find uniquely thrilling.
Meanwhile, due to the long Eid-ul-Azha holiday starting on June 5 and the weekly holiday on Friday, many tourists have come to Cox’s Bazar, despite the adverse weather.
