Eidgaon Bus Station has turned into a dumping ground, with dust and waste making daily life unbearable. The situation worsened after the recent road expansion on both sides of the highway near the station.

Reports suggest that instead of sand, contractors used hill soil for the road construction, which has now turned into fine dust. Additionally, allegations of irregularities against the construction firm and contractors have surfaced. As vehicles pass through, thick clouds of dust blanket the station, extending from Eidgaon Bus Station to the cattle market area.

The scorching sun, relentless traffic congestion, and severe air pollution make it nearly impossible for people to stay at the station for long. Furthermore, constant littering by roadside businesses has transformed parts of the station into garbage dumps, diminishing both the town’s beauty and air quality.

Passengers, pedestrians, and local businesses are urging the authorities to take immediate action to resolve these issues before the situation worsens.
