The members of the Tourist Police Cox’s Bazar Region gathered for a friendly football match on the sandy shores of the Cox’s Bazar beach.
The match took place on Friday at 4 PM at the Darianagar Point of the beach. Superintendent of Police for the Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police Region attended as the chief guest. Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Asaduzzaman, Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police Abul Kalam, and other police officials were also present at the event.
Abul Kalam, Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police and spokesperson for the Cox’s Bazar Tourist Police Region, remarked that while the police work tirelessly to serve others, they rarely find time for leisure.
“Organizing such events boosts morale among the members. When physical and mental well-being is prioritized through sports, it enhances productivity and enables us to provide better service,” he said.
He added that the Tourist Police of Bangladesh aims to lead in promoting peace in tourism hubs across the country.
