Inani Beach, a hidden gem along the Cox’s Bazar coastline, is renowned for its scattered coral rocks, giving it a striking resemblance to Saint Martin’s Island.

Unlike the main Cox’s Bazar beach, Inani experiences gentler waves, making it a tranquil retreat for tourists.

However, the scenery dramatically changes with the tides—during high tide, the coral formations disappear beneath the waves, only to reemerge when the tide recedes, revealing an expansive rocky landscape.

Sharp seashells frequently cover the coral stones, making it dangerous to walk or jump around barefoot. Visitors should tread carefully to avoid injuries.

A Journey Through Nature’s Dual Wonders

Reaching Inani Beach via the Teknaf Marine Drive is an experience in itself. The road is flanked by towering hills on one side and the vast ocean on the other, offering a mesmerizing contrast that leaves travelers in awe.

The dilemma? Which side to admire—the majestic mountains or the endless waves?

Best Time to Visit

A visit to Inani Beach in the late afternoon is ideal. As the sun begins to set, the ocean unveils its vastness in the golden glow of dusk.

The sunset here is a spectacle, best enjoyed with the peaceful rhythm of the waves.

Since the tide is usually high in the evening, the usual daytime crowd tends to thin out, making it an ideal time for those seeking a serene escape from the bustle of the city.
