As there is no longer a possibility of rain in the northern Bay of Bengal and the adjoining coastal areas of Bangladesh, the Meteorological Office lifted local cautionary signals 3 from all the seaports like Cox’s Bazar, Chittagong, Mongla, and Payra.
This information was provided in a notice issued by the Meteorological Department today (September 17).
There is little chance of continuous rainfall across the country for now. As a result, the temperature may rise; at some places, the temperature may rise to 3 degrees Celsius.
