The Bangladesh Navy will conduct missile-firing exercises in the sea between Moheshkhali and Hatia on January 29 and 30, 2025. All fishing boats and vessels have been advised to avoid the designated firing area during this period.
Navy officials emphasized the need to avoid the area for safety reasons and urged all vessels to remain vigilant to prevent untoward incidents during the exercise.
The Navy has called on all stakeholders to cooperate during this operation and expressed hope that local fishermen will exercise extra caution on these dates.
