A foggy morning envelops the Cox’s Bazar beach, where visibility stretches only a short distance ahead as if winter has gently settled in.
The cool breeze drifts across the shore, yet beach lovers continue to arrive. Some are exercising, while others soak in the serene beauty of the fog-kissed coast. Gradually, the sun begins to rise, and with it, the mist starts to lift.
According to Mohammad Osman, the Sea Safe Lifeguard’s in-charge, the beach has been shrouded in mist for the past few days, and a chill is already in the air. He expects the fog to thicken as winter deepens in the coming days.
