The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) Cox’s Bazar Unit recently organized an important co-curricular coordination meeting and certificate distribution ceremony in Maheshkhali.
The event was graced by Maqsud Ahmed, Principal of Government Bangabandhu Women’s College and Unit Level Officer of Red Crescent Cox’s Bazar, as the chief guest. Nurul Haque, Assistant Head Teacher of Boro Moheshkhali Girls’ High School, attended as a special guest, alongside Armanul Karim Hridoy, Deputy Youth Chief-2 of Red Crescent Cox’s Bazar Unit, Riyad Morshed Khaled, RCY Focal (RFL Division), and Nurul Bashar, Moheshkhali Upazila Team Leader.
The guests officially inaugurated the event and discussed the development and plans of co-curricular activities. Later, certificates were distributed among the youth members of Maheshkhali Upazila.
The BDRCS Cox’s Bazar Unit continues to run various co-curricular programs in Maheshkhali to enhance local youth skills and inspire community service. This initiative highlights the importance of co-curricular activities and motivates young individuals to acquire new skills.
Such programs play a crucial role in raising awareness among youth and preparing them for future leadership.
