A day-long workshop on “Leadership, Communication, Activism, and Organizational Behaviour” was held in Cox’s Bazar.

The workshop took place on Friday, January 17, at the headquarters of the youth-led volunteer organization Tarunnoer Avijatrik, located in the Kalur Dokan area of the city. Twenty-five volunteers from the organization participated in the workshop.

Experts conducted sessions on various topics: Kysar Hamid, founder of YASID, led the session on Communication Skills; Iqbal Malek, a development worker, conducted a session on Organizational Behavior; Kafil Uddin, founder of the Youth Organization for Social Development, held a session on Leadership Skills; and Jimran Mohammad Saiak, Communication and Network Development Coordinator of YouthNet, led a session on Networking.

Himel Barua Himu, founder of Tarunner Avijatrik, said, “This training workshop was organized to enhance the skills of our volunteers in various areas. Since 2018, Tarunner Avijatrik has been working for the betterment of society. We hope that our volunteers will be able to work with even greater efficiency in the future.”

The workshop concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants. Cox’s Bazar Life Journalist Abdur Rashid Manik, school teacher Supon Barua, and trainee lawyer Emu Barua attended the event.
