The stakeholders of the tourism sector staged a human chain and demonstration at Kolatoli Dolphin Circle, the main gateway to Cox’s Bazar’s tourist zone.
Starting at 11:00AM today, they showed demonstrations demanding the withdrawal of the decision to limit tourist access to Saint Martin’s Island.
As a result, roads leading to Marine Drive and other parts of the tourist city have been blocked, causing severe traffic congestion.
Tourists are seen walking long distances to reach their destinations. In this circumstance, tourists are urged to avoid Kolatoli to escape any inconveniences.
