Even after the nine-day Eid holiday has ended, Cox’s Bazar remains abuzz with tourists. While some are enjoying a refreshing dip in the sea, others are opting for a more exhilarating experience—soaring through the sky with parasailing.
Although parasailing is a popular adventure sport worldwide, Cox’s Bazar is the only place in Bangladesh where tourists can experience it.
For several years now, visitors have been enjoying the thrill of gliding above the ocean, taking in breathtaking aerial views of the coastline.
Parasailing activities are available at Himchari, Dariyanagar, and Kakra Beach points, where adventure seekers can be seen floating in the sky like human kites. From 10 AM until sunset, crowds gather at these locations to witness and participate in the aerial excitement.
The cost of this adrenaline-pumping experience ranges between Tk 2,000 and Tk 2,500 per ride.
