In a spirited celebration of Bangladesh’s Victory Month, Cox’s Bazar Runners Community organized a special “Victory Run” along the soft sands of the city’s iconic beach. The 5-kilometer run began from the Kabita Chattar Beach, symbolizing a tribute to the nation’s liberation heroes.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from community members. It was graced by notable guests, including Mohammad Shamsud Douza, Additional Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (Joint Secretary), and Mohammad Mohiuddin, Chairman of CHRDF and a prominent organizer. Their presence added significance to the event.

The run was designed to honor the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and instill the spirit of victory among the younger generation. Participants ran with dedication, creating an atmosphere of remembrance and national pride.

Through this initiative, Cox’s Bazar Runners Community successfully combined physical activity with patriotic celebration, making Victory Month more meaningful for locals and visitors alike.
