A land where hills, sea, and human stories intertwine—Cox’s Bazar is a tapestry of nature and life. Capturing this unique harmony through compelling visuals, young cinematographer and video creator Shahin Mobarak is taking the story of Cox’s Bazar to an international audience.
Active in videography and video editing since 2015, Shahin Mobarak has steadily built a distinctive visual language.
Using both modern film cameras and even simple mobile phones, he creates high-quality, creative visual content that stands out for its depth and authenticity.
His core focus remains the natural beauty of Cox’s Bazar, its local culture, and the everyday lives of its people.
Videos produced by Shahin have already garnered widespread attention on social media. His work has drawn praise not only from home audiences but also from viewers abroad. Observers believe that Cox’s Bazar–centric visual stories are presenting the region’s tourism potential in a fresh and compelling way.
Professionally, Shahin has worked with hotels, restaurants, NGOs, and various organisations, producing documentaries and promotional videos. In every project, he strives to blend storytelling, emotion, and aesthetics, ensuring that each frame communicates more than just visuals.
“I believe a good video is not just about images—it’s about conveying a feeling,” Shahin Mobarak said. “Every corner of Cox’s Bazar holds a story. I want to bring those stories to life through visuals.”
Looking ahead, the young visual storyteller plans to explore lesser-known and underrepresented aspects of Cox’s Bazar in greater depth, with the aim of producing internationally standard visual documentaries that further introduce the region to the world.
