Lined up in quiet stillness along the Suknachhari coastline, rows of fishing boats now stand idle, silent spectators to the sea they once conquered. Instead of braving the turbulent waves of the Bay of Bengal, these vibrant, sail-equipped vessels are temporarily grounded. Scorching summer heat and a government-imposed fishing ban have brought fishing activities to a standstill.
