Mohammad Nabiul Haque, 48, is a dried fish (shutki) vendor who has been selling his products in various villages of Ukhiya for the past 15 years. He mostly operates at Sonarpara market, where he has built a loyal customer base. Nabiul says he sells several varieties of dried marine fish prepared without any chemicals. Because of this, many villagers prefer buying shutki from him, trusting its natural quality and traditional preparation methods.
