White clouds drifting across Cox’s Bazar’s blue sky are creating striking scenes that have been catching the attention of residents and nature lovers.
As the monsoon gives way to autumn, the landscape has begun to take on a different character. Clouds continue to appear at intervals, while patches of blue sky emerge between them.
At times, the clouds appear light and scattered, while at other times large formations spread across the sky. The changing shapes and patterns have caught the attention of pedestrians and residents, with many using their mobile phones to capture the scenes.
Humayun, a local resident, said the sight of white clouds against the blue sky was particularly beautiful.
“The scene is truly fascinating. When I look at the sky, it feels as though nature is dressing itself in a new way. I really enjoy watching it,” he said.
The Cox’s Bazar meteorological office said white clouds are common during this period following the end of the monsoon.
The presence of moisture in the atmosphere, along with changes in local weather conditions, can create clouds of different shapes and sizes, it said. Rain may still occur in some areas depending on weather conditions.
Nature lovers say the appearance of the landscape changes with the seasons, with the blue autumn sky and white clouds offering a visible sign of that transition.
Amid busy daily routines, many people are taking a moment to look up and enjoy the changing sky over Cox’s Bazar.
