The ICC Champions Trophy’s global tour has begun, with Bangladesh as one of its stops. On December 11, the trophy will be displayed at the world’s longest sea beach in Cox’s Bazar.
The prestigious trophy will be showcased at Laboni Point (in front of Seaman’s Conference Center “Urmi”) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. After the public viewing, it will be transported to Dhaka.
In Dhaka, cricket fans can see the trophy on December 12 at Bashundhara City Shopping Mall, Panthapath, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The following day, December 13, Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur will display the trophy from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The event is open to the national men’s and women’s cricket teams, former and current cricketers, cricket officials, organizers, and the media.
After Bangladesh, the trophy will head to South Africa from December 15 to 22, followed by stops in Australia, New Zealand, and England. The trophy will arrive in India on January 15, 2025, marking its final destination.
