As part of its global tour, the ICC Champions Trophy arrived in Cox’s Bazar on Tuesday evening and will be on public display at Laboni Point Beach on Wednesday.

The trophy arrived at the Shimanto Sommelon Kendra Urmee at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, December 10. Cricket enthusiasts and visitors can view it at Laboni Point from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday.

Confirming the news through an official statement, BCB Senior Manager of Media and Communication Rabin Imam said, “The ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, scheduled to be held in Pakistan during February-March 2025, has commenced its global tour under the supervision of the International Cricket Council (ICC). As part of this tour, the trophy will be in Bangladesh from December 9 to 13.”

During its stay in Cox’s Bazar, the trophy will be displayed at the beach area in front of Shimanto Sommelon Kendra Urmee. The event is open to the public and offers a unique opportunity for cricket fans to see the iconic trophy up close.
