Cox’s Bazar U-18 cricket team registered a commanding 125-run victory over Rangamati U-18 in the Young Tigers U-18 National Cricket Tournament. After winning the toss, Cox’s Bazar opted to bat first, scoring 215 runs in 47.2 overs before being bowled out. Chasing a target of 216, Rangamati collapsed for 90 runs in just 26.2 overs.
The Chattogram Women’s Complex match started at 9:30 AM on Tuesday (December 10) and concluded at 3:04 PM.
Confirming the result, Cox’s Bazar District Sports Officer Main Uddin Milky said, “The Cox’s Bazar U-18 team has made a promising start by defeating Rangamati in their first match. Congratulations to the team, and I hope they continue this excellent performance throughout the tournament.”
