However, no open-air concerts or cultural programs will occur during this year’s Cox’s Bazar beach celebrations. Instead, a few star-rated hotels have received permission to host private events under strict administrative guidelines.
Hotel operators report that bookings have met expectations, with many tourists eager to bid farewell to the old year and welcome 2025 in style.
The Tourist Police have assured that comprehensive security measures are in place to ensure the safety and success of all events. Every precaution has been taken to maintain order during the celebrations, from traffic control to strict surveillance around key spots.
Despite the restrictions, Cox’s Bazar is excited and promises visitors a memorable New Year’s Eve.
