In line with the nationwide initiative to build a new Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar has launched the “Youth Festival 2025” under the theme, “Let’s Change the Country, Let’s Change the World.”

With a balloon release at the District Commissioner’s Office on Monday afternoon, the festival officially began a 41-day youth engagement and empowerment celebration.

The District Commissioner, Mohammad Salahuddin, led the inauguration. He emphasized that the festival is part of the Youth and Sports Ministry’s ongoing efforts to involve the youth in various essential state functions.

The District Commissioner also highlighted several youth-focused programs organized by the district administration during the festival.

A vibrant rally traversed the city’s main streets following the opening ceremony.

Government and private officials, political activists, journalists, and other distinguished officials attended the rally.
