With the weekend coinciding with International Valentine’s Day and the Fagun festival, Cox’s Bazar is witnessing an overwhelming influx of tourists. The country’s longest sea beach has become vibrant with visitors, filling hotspots like Kolatoli, Sugandha, and Laboni points.
Many tourists shared that they came to celebrate the special day with their loved ones, enjoying the perfect post-winter charm of Cox’s Bazar. They also expressed satisfaction with the security measures in place.
Meanwhile, the District Administration’s Tourism Cell and Tourist Police assured that they actively ensure visitor safety. Executive magistrates also conduct mobile courts to prevent tourist harassment.
