While attending an iftar with the Rohingya community, Bangladesh’s Interim Government Chief Adviser, Professor Muhammad Yunus, expressed his heartfelt hopes, saying, “We pray to Allah that by next year, you will be able to celebrate Eid in your own homes.”

Dr. Yunus delivered this message in a dialect familiar to the Rohingya, resembling the regional Chattogram language, ensuring deeper emotional resonance.

On Friday, as part of a series of engagements in Cox’s Bazar, Dr. Yunus concluded his visit with an iftar gathering at Camp 20 in Ukhiya, where thousands of Rohingya refugees participated.
