Few can resist the mouth-watering allure of pickles. At Laboni Point on Cox’s Bazar beach, a vibrant stall displays nearly 15 varieties of sweet, sour, and spicy pickles. Rows of pickles, each more tempting than the last, attract a steady crowd of visitors eager for a taste.
Vendor Shahed shared that the stall offers a range of flavors, including mixed pickles made from boroi (jujube), tamarind, olive, amra (hog plum), and many others. By preparing and selling these flavorful pickles, vendor Anwar has brought stability to his life, making this unique local business a success story.
