A light drizzle since the morning of Eid-ul-Fitr has created a calm and refreshing atmosphere in Cox’s Bazar, offering a unique experience for both residents and visiting tourists.

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department had earlier forecast light rainfall on Eid day, and the prediction has come true with gentle showers across the coastal town.

The rain has added a distinct charm to the Marine Drive Road, Cox’s Bazar, and Pechar Dwip, where the combination of sea waves, cloudy skies, and rainfall has transformed the landscape into a serene setting.

A local visitor, Rubel, said that Eid days are usually sunny, but the cloudy sky and light rain have made the environment even more pleasant. “We came out with family, and it feels really enjoyable,” he said.

Despite the rain, many people have ventured out to the beach area with umbrellas and raincoats, spending time with family and enjoying the unique beauty of nature on a rain-soaked Eid morning.
