The closing ceremony and certificate distribution of the 132nd Junior Command and Staff Course (JCSC) of the Bangladesh Air Force was held at Bangladesh Air Force Base Cox’s Bazar on Thursday.
Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, chief of the Bangladesh Air Force, attended the ceremony as the chief guest and handed certificates and trophies to the successful officers.
Flight Lieutenant Hasin Tanvir, GD (P), of the Bangladesh Air Force received the prestigious ‘Chief of Air Staff Trophy’ for overall excellence in the course.
After distributing the certificates and trophy, the air chief addressed the graduating officers and advised them to apply the knowledge and skills gained through the course in their professional careers.
A total of 58 officers from Bangladesh and abroad participated in this year’s course.
The course is designed to enhance officers’ capabilities to perform command, staff and instructional duties at different levels of the armed forces.
The Air Officer Commanding of Bangladesh Air Force Base Cox’s Bazar, senior officers from Air Headquarters, instructors from the Command and Staff Training Institute (CSTI), and invited local guests attended the closing ceremony.
