The Bangladesh Women’s Emerging Team fell short in their home T20I series, losing 2-1 to the visiting South Africa Women’s Emerging Team due to underwhelming batting and bowling performances.

Bangladesh got off to a promising start with a 5-wicket victory in the first match, but they could not maintain momentum. South Africa bounced back in the second game with a commanding 36-run win, leveling the three-match series.

In the decisive third T20, held at the Cox’s Bazar Academy Ground, Bangladesh won the toss but could only manage 117 runs for 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. South Africa comfortably chased down the target, securing victory with 8 wickets in hand and clinching the series.
