The Board has decided to permit the use of seven models of non-programmable scientific calculators during the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) exams, scheduled for June 26, for candidates.

This decision applies to the upcoming exams and allows students to utilize ordinary calculators at the exam centers. 

Regarding this, an instruction has been sent to the central secretary and other concerned persons.

The information was revealed today in a notification signed by Professor SM Kamal Uddin Haider, the examination controller of the Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. 

The seven models of non-programmable scientific calculators are FX-100MS, FX-991EA, FX-570MS, FX-82MS, FX-991EX, FX-991MS and FX-991ES plus.

Moreover, the candidates are permitted to use a normal category calculator in the upcoming examinations.
