Despite a scaled-back celebration due to present conditions, World Tourism Day was celebrated zealously in Cox’s Bazar. The day began with a march and a discussion meeting to commemorate the event.

On Friday, September 27, the festivities continued into the afternoon, culminating in a vibrant cultural program at the open stage of Laboni Point Beach. The evening came alive with performances featuring music, dance, and more, drawing in locals and tourists alike.
