Fresh green coconuts are drawing attention from tourists at Sonar Para Dolna Beach in Cox’s Bazar, offering a natural way to beat the heat.

Rows of coconuts are being displayed along the beach to quench the thirst of visitors exhausted by the hot weather.

Local vendor Syed Hasan said the coconuts are sourced from different areas of Teknaf, Ramu, and Ukhiya.

Due to high demand, each coconut is being sold at prices ranging between Tk 100 and Tk 140.

As the final week of Boishakh brings intense heat to Cox’s Bazar, tourists are increasingly turning to coconut stalls for relief.

The scorching sun and rising temperatures have made coconut water one of the most popular natural drinks among visitors.

Tourists expressed satisfaction at being able to relax with chilled coconut water in the scenic beach environment. The trend is boosting vendors’ earnings

while also providing much-needed comfort to travelers in hot weather.
