Roshan Ali, a 70-year-old local from Cox’s Bazar, has been confined to his home due to heavy rainfall for the past three days.
Roshan Ali told Cox’s Bazar Life, “I have never seen such heavy rainfall since I was born. I can’t even get out of the house due to the massive downpour. Everything has come to a standstill.”
