Shahida Akter Ripa, a celebrated SAFF-winning footballer, joined a special training session in Ukhiya to enhance the skills of aspiring women footballers.
A private organization and the Upazila Sports Association jointly organized the training, which took place on Tuesday at the Thainkhali High School playground.
Ripa shared valuable insights and techniques with the players, encouraging them to excel in the sport. UNHCR representative Jamal Uddin, BFF coach Suman Barua, and other notable guests graced the event.
A total of 40 talented female footballers participated in the session, which aimed to nurture their potential and prepare them for future success.
