Saif Munna, a talented athlete from Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, has been making a mark in the sports arena for years. Once a promising footballer, he showcased his skills playing for Chattogram Abahani and Cox City XI while also leading the district football team.

After retiring as a player, Munna transitioned into refereeing and earned recognition as a top official. Currently, he serves as a referee under the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) and holds the position of treasurer in the Cox’s Bazar District Referees’ Association. His expertise has placed him in the spotlight at national and major local tournaments, and he has also secured a spot among the top midfield referees in the 2024-25 season.

Beyond football, Munna is also an accomplished badminton player, regarded as one of the best in the district. His unwavering dedication and versatility across multiple sports define him as a complete sportsman.

His journey of perseverance and success inspires aspiring athletes and motivates the next generation to pursue excellence in sports.
