A spellbinding scene unfolded on Tuesday evening at the Cox’s Bazar sea beach, where dark clouds gathered on one side of the sky while the setting sun peeked playfully through patches of clear horizon on the other. The dramatic blend of cloud and sunlight created a mesmerizing atmosphere that drew thousands of tourists and locals to the shore.
Though it wasn’t a holiday, the beach bustled with festive energy. From children splashing near the waves to families strolling along the shore and young visitors capturing photos against the golden sky—everyone seemed enchanted by the serene yet vibrant mood of the evening. The sound of the waves and the cloudy twilight together painted a scene straight out of a seaside fairytale.
Local traders said that tourists continue to visit Cox’s Bazar regularly, even on weekdays. They noted that while weekends bring heavier crowds, such lively scenes on ordinary days offer hope for the tourism industry.
Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department reported that the cloudy weather posed no major risk of storms, allowing visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of Cox’s Bazar with comfort and peace of mind.
