Despite the scorching sun, Cox’s Bazar’s beaches were teeming with tourists enjoying a full day of fun. Families and friends, undeterred by the heat, indulged in beach games and splashed in the waves, creating a lively atmosphere across every corner of the coastline.
Local business owners noted that the hot weather has had little effect on tourist turnout. Hotels, motels, eateries, and Sea Beach areas saw increased activity due to the weekend crowd.
Abdur Rahman, a hotel owner in the city, said, “We expected fewer visitors because of the heat, but the reality is the opposite. Most rooms are booked, food orders have increased, and the beach is crowded.”
Authorities and the Tourist Police are actively ensuring the safety and overall experience of visitors, maintaining smooth management amid the surge of holidaymakers.
