Inani, one of Cox’s Bazar’s most captivating beaches, turned into a bustling hub of visitors over the weekend.

Known for its rocky shoreline, turquoise waters, and serene natural beauty, the beach drew thousands of tourists seeking a refreshing escape.

From early Friday morning, visitors began flocking to Inani, and by noon, every stretch of the beach was teeming with people.

The rhythmic roar of the waves, the endless blue horizon, and the rows of coral stones kept tourists spellbound.

Some sat by the shore capturing photos, while others enjoyed a dip in the waves, soaking in the beauty of nature.

Families, too, chose Inani as their preferred spot to make the weekend memorable.

Tourists from Dhaka, Chattogram, and other parts of the country said they found Inani quieter, more secluded, and closer to nature than the main beach. “It feels peaceful here,” one visitor said. “We can enjoy the sea without the usual crowd.”

The influx of visitors also brought extra business for local traders. Shops, restaurants, and resorts near the beach reported brisk sales. “Weekends are good for us—more tourists mean better sales,” said a local vendor with a smile.

Officials from the Cox’s Bazar Tourism Office noted that scenic spots like Inani are emerging as new centers of attraction for travelers.

They also mentioned the implementation of adequate safety and comfort measures for tourists.

As Inani’s beach buzzed with laughter and waves, the festive weekend atmosphere not only boosted the local economy but also offered visitors a few hours of rare peace by the sea.
