A weeklong tree fair is set to begin on July 20, 2025, at the Shaheed Daulat Ground of Cox’s Bazar Public Library. Jointly organized by the district administration and the Forest Department, the fair will remain open daily from 9 am to 8 pm.

Speaking at the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized, “To maintain the balance of nature and the environment, it is essential for each of us to plant trees. We are also planning to plant trees along both sides of the Marine Drive to create a visually appealing environment for tourists.”
