During the extended Eid holidays, tourists are venturing beyond the beaches of Cox’s Bazar to explore Ruposhi Goalia—often dubbed the “Mini Bandarban” for its scenic beauty. With its towering hills and abundant greenery, Goalia has become a must-visit spot, where the winding Goalia Road, cutting through the hills, offers travellers a mesmerising natural vista. The harmony of hills and roads creates an adventurous journey that continues to attract an increasing number of visitors to Goalia Dhala each day.

Located approximately 18 kilometres south of Cox’s Bazar town, Goalia Dhala is accessible via the Cox’s Bazar-Teknaf Marine Drive up to the Rejukhal Bridge. From there, tourists can walk along the Goalia Road to reach the heart of this natural wonder. Originally known to many as Goalia Park or the “Mini Bandarban,” the area has recently gained recognition as “Ruposhi Goalia,” drawing increasing crowds from near and far.

Visitors say there is no substitute for Ruposhi Goalia when it comes to immersing oneself in an unspoiled natural setting. Here, one can truly reconnect with nature and experience its serene beauty.
