In the clean, open spaces of Cox’s Bazar’s beaches, children are immersing themselves in daylong joy. Little ones from all over the country arrive with their parents, soaking in the thrill of the sea waves and sandy stretches, running, playing, and laughing without a care.

Particularly around the quieter, less-crowded beach areas along Marine Drive, the beaches have become safe havens for children’s play. These stretches are free from plastic waste and other debris, with no risky crowds, allowing kids to run and play freely in the sand.

One parent shared, “We came to Cox’s Bazar mainly to give our children a good time. The clean beaches and the peaceful environment are wonderful. The kids can play without any worries—that’s the biggest peace of mind.”

Thanks to local administration and awareness efforts by social organizations, cleanliness is now being maintained on certain sections of the Marine Drive-adjacent beaches. This has created a child- and family-friendly environment that enhances the overall tourism experience.

Such initiatives are setting a new standard for tourism in Cox’s Bazar, where nature and family come together to create an atmosphere of pure joy.
