Young cricketer Alimul Islam Adib from Moheshkhali has been named in the final squad of the Bangladesh Under-15 National Cricket Team. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the official roster yesterday on its website.
Adib is a student of the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) and the son of Sirajul Islam, head teacher of Offshore High School in Moheshkhali, and Kamrun Nahar, assistant teacher at Moheshkhali Model Government Primary School.
Moheshkhali Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Hedayet Ullah congratulated Adib on his achievement, calling it a proud moment for the entire upazila.
