Amid the lush green fields of South Goalia village in Cox’s Bazar, vibrant wildflowers are now in full bloom.

Among them, one tiny yet striking flower stands out — the wild cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus), its delicate purple petals glistening under the golden sunlight.

Though small and solitary, it radiates a quiet sense of peace across the open fields.

People who love nature in the area say that these wild flowers are now common in the village. In the early morning, these flowers bloom on grass that is covered in dew.

By noon, their petals shine in the warm sun. As the gentle breeze sways them, it seems as though nature itself is speaking in the language of beauty.

Farmers in Goyalia village report that these wild cosmos flowers grow naturally along paddy fields and open spaces, requiring no care or cultivation.

Yet, their beauty never fades. Many villagers pause from their daily work to capture the blossoms on camera — a reminder of the quiet harmony between life, land, and nature.

Standing gracefully amid the green fields, each wild cosmos seems like a silent poem of nature, where simplicity, serenity, and beauty intertwine effortlessly.
