Right beside Laboni Beach stands a beautifully curated green enclave within the office of the Beach Management Committee, so immaculate and artistic that from afar it resembles a creative installation in a foreign beachfront city.
Stepping into the compound, visitors are greeted by a meticulously maintained garden. Imported special species of trees from Arab countries give the space a unique character. A well-designed round gazebo offers a cozy spot to rest and take in the surroundings.
One key feature here is the Tourist Information Center. New visitors can easily learn where to go, what to see, and which services are available in Cox’s Bazar. The center also provides guidance on safety, beach regulations, and various management-related matters.
This entire area is maintained directly by the dedicated beach workers under the district administration’s Beach Management Committee. Their daily cleaning, upkeep, and decoration efforts have transformed the location into a visually stunning environment. Their continuous commitment helps preserve the beach’s beauty and elevate the tourist experience.
Altogether, this little green haven at Laboni Point has quickly become a new focal point for visitors. Beyond being a picturesque photo spot, it stands as a living example of how beach management can be modern, aesthetic, and environmentally conscious.
