The skies over Cox’s Bazar have remained overcast since morning, with no sign of the sun.

A dense fog has shrouded the area, creating a twilight-like atmosphere throughout the day. Although the morning felt chilly, the daytime temperature is relatively mild.

However, as evening approaches, the mercury is expected to dip, increasing the chill in the air.

According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure over the Bay of Bengal has led to a “Signal No. 1” warning for Cox’s Bazar and three other maritime ports.

Meanwhile, the city’s tourist spots are bustling with activity. Thousands of tourists have thronged the beaches and popular attractions, filling every corner of this vibrant coastal town.
