Locally grown winter watermelons, cultivated on the sandy beaches of Cox’s Bazar, are drawing attention from visiting tourists. According to farmer Imam Hossain, these watermelons, grown on a small scale, have proven to be quite profitable when sold directly to tourists. Prices vary depending on size, ranging from Tk 100 to Tk 500 per watermelon. These photos were captured from Marine Drive Road.
