Though the peak tourist season is nearing its end, Cox’s Bazar continues to buzz with tourists. Every day, the beach city sees crowds in the hundreds of thousands. On weekends, the influx of tourists becomes even more pronounced, with the beaches brimming to capacity.

However, tourists planning to enjoy the waters of Cox’s Bazar must adhere to specific guidelines to ensure safety and preserve the area’s natural beauty.

The red and yellow flags indicate safe bathing zones. Since early morning, this has encouraged many to take a refreshing dip in the tranquil waters.

Sea Safe Lifeguard has designated three points—Kolatoli, Sugandha, and Laboni—as safe bathing zones, marked by red and yellow flags.

Tourists are urged to avoid swimming outside these marked areas to ensure their safety. Lifeguard officials emphasized the importance of adhering to these guidelines to prevent accidents.

Authorities encourage all tourists to cooperate with the lifeguards and follow safety instructions to make their visit enjoyable and secure.
