Fisheries and Livestock Adviser Farida Akhter is scheduled to visit Cox’s Bazar on a one-day official trip this Thursday. She is expected to arrive at Cox’s Bazar Airport around 10:00 AM.

Shortly after arriving at 10:30 AM, she will attend the inauguration ceremony of the modernization project of the BFDC Fish Landing Center and Wholesale Fish Market in Cox’s Bazar as the chief guest.

In the afternoon, the adviser will visit the Marine Fisheries and Technology Station of the Fisheries Research Institute, followed by a tour of the nearby airbase.

According to a travel itinerary sent by Dr. Abu Naeem Muhammad Abduch Sabur, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, the adviser will return to Dhaka by air the same evening.
