Cox’s Bazar Beach hosted an awareness walk for environmental protection. Karnaphuli Fishmeal Ltd. and Project Sonapahar organized the event on Friday morning, starting from Kolatoli Beach Point and ending at Sugandha Beach under the banner “Clean Water, Pure Air, Green Nature, Healthy Life.”
Around a hundred participants, dressed in uniforms bearing the slogan, distributed leaflets containing guidelines on environmental conservation to tourists along the beach. Through various placards, they conveyed the importance of everyone’s role in protecting the beach and marine environment.
The organizers mentioned that their initiative aimed to raise people’s awareness.
After the walk, Kolatoli Ideal High School students received certificates and tree saplings in a ceremony at the Hotel Green Nature grounds.
