The Upazila Health Complex organised a coordination meeting on Tuesday in Moheshkhali to prepare for the upcoming typhoid vaccination campaign. The meeting took place in the Upazila Parishad auditorium.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Hedayet Ullah attended the event as the chief guest, while Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Md. Mahfuzul Haque presided over the meeting.
During the discussion, it was decided to conduct extensive awareness campaigns to ensure that all children aged nine months to 15 years receive a single dose of the typhoid vaccine.
Heads of various educational institutions and local religious leaders were also present at the meeting, pledging their cooperation in making the campaign successful.
